Saar (Essence)

Ananta invites seekers to identify and surrender the core concepts and attachments that hold power over them, revealing that suffering stems from believing limiting ideas about oneself.

Identify the concept that feels so strong within you that you feel you cannot let it go.
Suffering is caused by the stories we believe about ourselves.
The less we do with any concept, the less we experience limitation.

Which I want to give as a hook to everyone: What is the concept which you feel is strong within you that you cannot go? And it has so much power over you that you just cannot drop? Part of carrying something everyday, variously you ought to believe in yourself. It could be a fueling concept like 'What will happen to my life? Will I stop taking care of my responsibilities? What will happen to my family?' This kind of thing.

So, can we really, in our attention, look to see what is it that seems to still hold enough magnetism? Those which have the most magnetism, those which can give internal distance automatically, return us here. When this comes, just automatically you'll notice that if you are experiencing suffering in life, you'll find that one of these concepts is at play. Such a thing then becomes so beautiful, to look at what we are still attached to. It's not something to turn away from or be afraid of. When it comes, you know, it makes it clean here. Then it can feel both clinical when they're lying to be, but I am reading about myself, which is the cause of this suffering.

You will find, however, giving up all of these significantly opens us up. This means the less we do with any concept, we schedule the limitation about ourselves.
