Saar (Essence)

Ananta guides seekers to recognize that spiritual unfolding happens naturally when we stop identifying with the limited 'drop' of individuality. He encourages staying as the open witness to the mind's conveyor belt of thoughts.

The best job is to get out of the way; stay out of the way.
Look at the thoughts you believe about yourself; if you were an unlimited being, would any of them make sense?
The drop can never 'get it'; the drop must be dropped to realize the ocean that you are.

Before the video came on, nowadays asking everyone we do here also a good question. At some level, what is unfolding is unfolding on its own. This feels like there is a simple voice which can try to come as an interruption in the unfolding. It can feel like we need to hear the truth over things. We need of the unfolding seems to counterbalance at least the voice of the mind, the voice of our individual computer here. It means that already something must be attracted to this unfolding. You are folding to your true nature, the true Self. So what is getting folded back with only the layers of those three layers of the pretend identity? This is happening already. Is there a job for you to do? Maybe the best job is to get out of the way, to stay out of the way. When we are saying it is that the Master is doing it, if it is the nature of the personal mind to put up the roadblock, that is how he created this way of individuality by creating resistance to what is. So what is, or consciousness, or the Satguru—whatever term you want to use—is pointing now to your divine unfolding by its own design. Because this is the realm of duality after all, another voice will also try to keep that unfolding from holding. So many without everything with available now.

Ananta

The thoughts are comparable—are we telling the example of this conveyor belt? And all this with his crutches who come and for the first time actually now in Dubai, I saw it. This is called 'sushi train' with all these various types of sushi will come. Some of it was vegetarian, thankfully. You saw what it actually like. So it looks like this: this openness which I speak of. Okay, now the conveyor belt will come with various offerings one at a time. Same way thoughts are coming back. A particular cycle, this mind will come with its own ideas, repeating themselves, convincing you that you are an individual entity. But without that right now, what is it that you want? Effortlessly, what you can work hard or sweat for? This question: what is it that you want?

Ananta

Let the conveyor belt round and round. What after all this is on the conveyor belt? Okay, when you say 'stall,' that's also a dish on the conveyor belt. It means something. If it was to stop, something needs to happen for me to become free. Unfolding only means that I believe in these false pretenses of the beliefs and the idea we have about ourselves, or the way what is on the conveyor belt of the mind—for impaired judgment, projection. What are the basis for belief in them? The basis must be that I am a limited individual entity. Without that, none of it makes sense. Look at the thoughts you believe about yourself, and if you were an unlimited being, would any of them make sense? At least not the thoughts that give you any trouble. Name one thought that gives you a blast, any notable and thought that we would exhaust would hear.

I want to believe you updating the reports as am I there. I don't like seeing myself on video.

Ananta

So this like this, the thought can come and then imagine the thought speaking to something which is unlimited, which has no defined shape, boundary, characteristic, form. You can see that this thought becomes completely void and meaningless actually. So it is when the thought comes like this, it latches on to an idea about ourselves which is limited in some way—in shape and size, in name and form. And you don't have like 'am I,' 'I don't have a,' 'unlike a my.' If you don't have the courage to expose this as a funny look within and see the last idea which gives you any suffering.

It could be whenever it happens, we find that the 'I' that was being referred to over there, what you were referring to yourself or believing about yourself over there, all the limited entities—limited by body, limited by the mind, limited by our conditions.

Ananta

So what can I do to help you now? I'm not picking up identity from this. Can relocate you ten some pieces. Something also which is not so uncommon teases: the belief I have is 'I never get it.' You never get it. Get it together and get it together one more. You get it together? You mean pull it together in life and make a good go of life? Or you will never get it like what we are talking about? If you're talking about life in general and trying to get it together and make it function smoothly, okay, another example again. Even in this, the 'I'—which one is this one? Not God. God never get it together. Clearly, there will be a limited 'I.' It can just one get it, and then this mind will try to pull in all the even the spiritual ideas. You know the truth and still you can't get your life together. There must be something wrong with you, this kind of thing. You know what the truth is, you know we are pure awareness, the Self which is untouched, yet when it comes to life, you just can't get it together. You see, 'with you' quickly comes in as a limited identity even under the shadow of the greatest insight. It sneaks in.

Ananta

So I want to propose that all spiritual practices, all accounting, everything with basic intent behind essence, we're going to get you to this point of openness or courageous openness where you're not so compelled, you don't feel so compelled to pick up conditions. But another one which is even more popular is the belief that 'I'll never get it.' Maria said that she heard me saying, she said 'me' is seeing or believing that 'I'll never get it.' And the simple Advaita answer of course all of you know, like you are it, there is nothing to really know. And yet there is something that is not so straightforward because there is this moment of insight which is available right now just to see what you are. And it can feel like in life most of humanity seems to be distracted with the images and influences and projections of the mind so much. Even this ever-available insight about what I am, this ever-available recognition about what I am in Sweden. So although it is completely true that there is nothing to really get, nothing to be sad about it, but not in the sense that if you were to look right now you could have a fresh insight about what you are which is beyond any phenomenal experience.

Other examples in September for that: if you came with a strong belief that you are a drop of water and you have this belief that this drop of water is so unworthy, it will never get a pool. Then as a drop, can you get it? So from that perspective it is true that the drop can never get it. The drop can be dropped so the ocean itself that you are comes to this recognition that ultimately the release and the identity of the drop. How does this happen? Whether this happen? Oh, we can clearly see some convey the grace of the Master. You can say it is consciousness tired of playing as an individual entity. It then foldings its true to its true nature now. So the word is that Satsang, therefore, is just encouragement and a reminder to that aspect of consciousness. It's playing in the way that it is done with its ego existence. So even behind the idea 'I'll never get it,' which is ID, which is the 'I' which is hiding that insight is important.
